Three Palms HQ provides expert municipal code enforcement, building inspection, plan review, and private security patrol services. We are actively expanding in both Northern and Southern California.

Note: Field positions are structured as part-time W-2 roles. Health benefits are not offered for part-time staff.
Current Opportunities
Building Inspectors
- Residential, Commercial, and Combination
- Full-time, Part-time, and On-call
- Pay: $45 – $65/hour
Code Enforcement Officers
- Municipal code enforcement support
- Full-time and Part-time / On-call roles
- Pay: $35 – $50/hour
Plan Reviewers / Plans Examiners
- Building, Structural, Fire, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing
- Full-time, Part-time, and Hybrid options
- Pay: $65 – $95/hour
Permit Technicians
- Front counter and permit processing
- Full-time and Part-time
- Pay: $28 – $42/hour
Public Works Inspectors & Construction Managers
- Infrastructure and project-based roles
- Pay: $50 – $75/hour
Associate Planners
- Zoning, land use, and entitlement support
- Full-time and Part-time
- Pay: $40 – $55/hour
Private Security Patrol Officers

- Mobile patrols for HOAs and commercial properties
- Part-time only (16–25 hours/week)
- Pay: $28 – $35/hour
- BSIS Guard Card required (or ability to obtain)
