Work Harder
John Miller is a seasoned law enforcement professional, U.S. Marine Corps veteran, and founder of Three Palms HQ, a specialized firm dedicated to urban management, community safety, training, and proactive solutions for quality-of-life issues.
With 19 years of service as a police officer, John built a distinguished career across diverse assignments. He excelled at collaborating with business leaders, community stakeholders, and government partners to address real-world challenges, consistently bridging enforcement with practical, preventive strategies.
John’s expertise in traffic and public safety is particularly noteworthy. He developed and led one of the most successful street racing education and enforcement programs in Orange County, CA. Recognizing the limitations of traditional policing alone, he pioneered a multi-city and multi-agency Street Racing Task Force—widely regarded as one of the most effective models of its kind. His efforts earned him Officer of the Year honors and established best practices.
A proud veteran of the United States Marines, John brings the discipline, leadership, and service-oriented mindset of the Corps to all his work. His military experience complements his police career, emphasizing teamwork, strategic planning, and commitment to protecting communities.
Today, through Three Palms, John channels decades of frontline experience into training programs for code enforcement officers, police departments, municipalities, and community organizations. His firm focuses on prevention, education, and smart interventions.
The Gospel – The Good News
At the heart of our work is the good news that Jesus Christ, the sinless Son of God, came into our broken world to rescue us. He lived the perfect life we could not live, died on the cross to pay the penalty for our sins (taking the place of guilty sinners, including the two thieves beside Him), and rose victorious from the grave three days later.
Because of Jesus — the man on the middle cross — forgiveness, restoration, and new life are offered freely to anyone who turns from sin and trusts in Him. This same grace that transforms individual hearts also inspires us to pursue justice with mercy, order with compassion, and stewardship with hope in every community we serve.
